Registration

Registration and consultation are free of charge — there is nothing to refund before a placement is agreed.

Placement fees

Your fixed placement fee becomes payable when your chosen candidate accepts your offer, and confirms and reserves that candidate. Because our fee reflects the search, vetting and matching work already completed at that point, placement fees are not refundable once the placement commences, except as set out in your service agreement.

Replacement first

If a placement ends early within the applicable guarantee period, our first remedy is a replacement search at no additional placement fee, on the terms and service levels set out in your service agreement. Where a replacement cannot be offered under the agreement, any partial refund provisions in your service agreement apply.
