A two-way matching process considering your preferences as much as the family's. Every family profile includes extensive information, references and photos.
You'll interview with potential families, usually via WhatsApp video, FaceTime or Teams — or in person if you're UK based. We help you prepare.
When a family offers you the role, we help you confirm the placement and provide all the support material and your contract.
Our guide helps you prepare for your stay. You'll receive a friends listing of local childcarers, access to exclusive monthly events, and a warm au pair & nanny community.
