Your referred family — as long as they're new to us — receives 15% off their first placement fee: our welcome to friends of the families we already love working with.
Once their placement is confirmed, 15% off is credited against your next placement or extension fee — redeemable whenever you're ready, our thank you for the kindest compliment an agency can receive.
The referral discount applies to new clients only — families who have not previously placed with Smart Childcare Agency or Smart Au Pairs & Nannies. One referral discount can be redeemed per placement, with no limit on how many families you refer. Discounts apply to placement fees only (never to your childcarer's salary), and your 15% becomes redeemable once the referred family's placement is confirmed and paid. Discounts apply to standard placement fees only and are not available where a fee is already reduced — for example under a promotional offer or where a pro-rated fee has been agreed.
